Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Customers may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the service start date.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
  • After the 14-day period, payments are non-refundable.

2. Completed Services

  • Once a service has been completed, delivered, or the applicable service period has started, the payment is non-refundable.
  • Payments for work, services, campaigns, content, websites, SEO, advertising management, or other services already provided are not eligible for a refund.

3. Monthly & Recurring Payments

  • Monthly or recurring payments are non-refundable after the applicable service period has begun.
  • Canceling a service does not automatically result in a refund for a payment that has already been processed.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their services by providing 30 days’ written notice.
  • Any charges applicable during the 30-day notice period remain due.
  • Cancellation does not eliminate outstanding balances or previously agreed-upon charges.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Customers are encouraged to contact AI Digital Experts LLC directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
  • We will review legitimate billing concerns and work with the customer to resolve them in accordance with the service agreement and applicable law.

    • 6. Agreement to Policy

  • By purchasing or continuing to use services from AI Digital Experts LLC, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • This policy should be read together with the applicable Service Agreement, Terms & Conditions, and other applicable policies.

    • 7. Legal Rights

  • Nothing in this policy limits or waives any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.
  • Where applicable law provides additional cancellation or refund rights, those rights will apply.
