4. Pricing, Payments, and Refunds

  • All pricing is quoted in official proposals, invoices, or online checkout pages.
  • Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule or upfront when required.
  • Services are considered activated once project setup or campaign creation begins.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the timeframe specified in your service agreement. Refunds are not available after the activation period, except in verified cases of billing errors or duplicate payments.
  • Late or failed payments may result in service suspension or project delay.

5. Revisions and Project Changes

The number of revisions and the revision window are defined in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.

6. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

We may use, integrate, or recommend third-party tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot, or CRMs). While we ensure professional integration, we are not responsible for the uptime, security, or data practices of these third parties. Each third-party tool is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, design, code, and marketing materials are the intellectual property of AI Digital Experts or its licensors. Clients receive limited usage rights for final deliverables upon full payment, as specified in the project agreement.

You may not reuse, resell, or modify our proprietary materials without prior written consent.

8. Marketing and SEO Disclaimers

We make no guarantees regarding specific rankings, traffic levels, or campaign performance, as these depend on factors beyond our control, including algorithm changes, user behavior, and ad platform policies. You acknowledge that results may vary across industries and campaigns.

9. AI Services

AI-powered solutions (such as voice assistants, chatbots, and automation) are designed to improve efficiency and customer communication. Performance depends on proper configuration, data quality, and ongoing optimization. We provide setup, testing, and support, but AI outputs may require human review and oversight.

10. Website and Hosting Responsibilities

For website projects, AI Digital Experts is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of the website as outlined in the project agreement. Ongoing hosting, domain management, and third-party platform maintenance are the client's responsibility unless separately contracted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Digital Experts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, business, or reputation. All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Digital Experts, its team, affiliates, and contractors from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use or misuse of our website or services, breach of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct, or fail to make payment within the agreed timeframe. Upon termination, all unpaid invoices remain due immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in a competent court of law located in the USA. Parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before pursuing legal action.
